Girls Who Code
Girls Who Code is building the largest pipeline of future female engineers globally. In eight years, we have reached more than 500 million people globally and 300,000 girls through our in-person programming. Of the girls we’ve reached in person, half come from historically underrepresented groups in tech. Our results have been striking. Our alumni, now 80,00 strong, are choosing to major in computer science, or a related field, at 15X the national average. In 2019, Girls Who Code was named #1 World’s Most Innovative Non-Profit by Fast Company.
