The Capital Area Food Bank is the anchor of the hunger relief infrastructure in our region, providing more than 45 million meals to people in communities across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
The Curbside Chronicle is Oklahoma’s street paper created to provide both a voice and employment opportunities for people who are experiencing and at risk of homelessness. In addition to providing a source of income, the Curbside Chronicle works with vendors to break down barriers to traditional employment and develop time management, money management and social skills. Street papers like The Curbside Chronicle enable people to earn enough money to get into housing and end their homelessness.
The Refuge is a temporary emergency shelter program. It is designed to assist homeless individuals and families that reside in Lapeer County and who are ready, willing and able to transition out of homelessness.

Our organization provides Solvatten Solar Safe Water systems to vulnerable communities that lack access to safe water. Solvatten’s simple, durable and innovative solution is a combined portable water treatment and heating system that has been designed for off-grid household use in the developing world.

Orphans and abandoned children – God gave us the vision and desire to provide love, nurture, spiritual teaching, and physical and emotional care for those who need the most but have the least – the abandoned children of the former Soviet Union.
