Central California SPCA

As the premier animal welfare organization in California’s Central Valley, we are committed to leading and serving our community of animals and people by providing programs and services which serve all the stages of an animal’s life. These programs include Adoptions, Rescue, Humane Investigations, Foster Care, Owner Surrenders, Outreach, Humane Education, Veterinary Services, Spay/Neuter programs, and many other Pet Services.

The modern facilities and our caring staff offer safe refuge, nourishment, medical care, and love to every animal in our Animal Center. Shelter is provided for those owned but temporarily without homes because their owners can no longer keep them.

The CCSPCA does not receive funding from any federal, state, or local government agency, nor any national organization (including the ASPCA). The CCSPCA owns its own land, buildings, and equipment purchased with privately donated funds. Our funds come from our loyal supporters, allowing us to provide many vital services to our community.

PEACE4KIDS

Peace4Kids guides youth to the discovery that they’re not alone. Nurturing lasting relationships with youth who have experienced the disruptions of foster care gives them the confidence to own their story and to determine how it impacts their lives.

We’re an intergenerational community. Including adults with a lived care experience provides unique benefits to both youth and adults as they learn and grow together. By intentionally encouraging foster and extended families to join our village, our community is stronger than ever.

The Israeli government is responsible for training IDF soldiers and providing them with the necessary tools for their service. FIDF is committed to providing these soldiers with love, support, and care to ease the burden they carry on behalf of the Jewish community worldwide.

MFB works with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture to distribute USDA commodities in 43 counties in West Virginia, almost 3.5 million pounds annually. The products are generally staple items such as green beans, corn, canned fruit, juices and proteins such as meat or peanut butter.

As a Feeding America food bank, MFB is able to bring in donations from donors across the country by the truckload to distribute into West Virginia. Our partnership allows us to work with retail stores such as Walmart and Kroger in our local communities to reduce food waste and provide much needed produce and dairy.
