CONSCIOUS INTERIORS : PARACHUTE HOME

I have a confession to make…I’m literally obsessed with fine linen. Be it my dinner napkins, a great button down or window coverings, if a textile could be your spirit animal, linen would be mine. So when I first discovered Parachute Home and their beautiful home goods, I was absolutely giddy. Pair that with their mindful production practices, animal friendly goodies and their commitment to giving back, and I literally have found my own personal heaven.

Available both online and at designer, Ariel Kaye’s, beach bungalow in Venice, California, these linens are meant to be a staple in your home, remaining classic in tones such as whites, grays, beige and my own personal favorite, blush pink. The linens are produced in Italy surpassing the most stringent safety and environmental protection standards. Their home essentials are Oeko-Tex certified, meaning they’re free of synthetics and chemicals, and their manufacturer’s Responsible Down Standard certification ensures our down comes from humanely treated ducks. Win. Win. Win. Win. Win.

And as if that isn’t enough, Ariel has a dual intent behind her business model of providing luxurious sleep as well as to give back. Because of this, Parachute Home partners with the United Nation’s Foundation and their Nothing but Nets Campaign, a global grassroots initiative to prevent Malaria, the leading killer of children in Sub-Saharan Aftrica. For every Venice Sheet Set sold (My personal favorite, by the way), Parachute Home donates one life saving bed net to cultures in need. Did I mention how much I just love this company?
