Share Your Care Foundation

Shareyour.care project is dedicated to support the devotees who have been affected by the war in Ukraine.

This project was initiated and is under the guidance of HH Niranjana Swami – the GBC for Ukraine and it has the approval and overwhelming support of the entire GBC body.

Main objectives of the project:

Helping devotees and their families relocate from conflict zones
Help support devotees who are unable to maintain themselves
Supporting brahmacharis
Deity seva
Food relief
Our team is very grateful for the overwhelming response of the devotee community throughout the world, by joining in prayers and extending financial support for Ukrainian devotees during these critical times.

Of course, much more help is needed as we are just scratching the surface of the short- and long-term turmoil the current disastrous events have put thousands of Ukrainian devotees in. So if it is in your capacity, kindly extend your support to help the Ukrainian devotees with your donations in these difficult times. No donation is too small and no help is too insignificant.

All donations are and will be exclusively used to support the devotees suffering from the conflict in Ukraine. All the records are meticulously kept and are regularly submitted and personally monitored by HH Niranjana Swami.

The Humane Society of Sonoma County is a no-kill shelter with two locations in Sonoma County; our primary Center for Animals is located at 5345 Hwy 12 West in Santa Rosa. Our Healdsburg shelter is located at 555 Westside Road in Healdsburg.

Sonoma County Wildlife

Our Mission
Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue is dedicated to: the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife; the promotion, understanding, appreciation, protection and conservation of wildlife through both our Educational Outreach Programs and our advocacy efforts. Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue also makes charitable contributions to animal rescue and rehabilitation organizations as authorized by the Board.

RESCUE
Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue has a team of trained staff and volunteers available to rescue wildlife seven days a week. Using gloves, nets and other safety gear, we are able to safely catch wildlife ranging from hawks and owls to raccoons and coyotes.

REHABILITATE
We provide specialized medical care to over 1,500 animals a year. With the help of our Good Samaritan team of veterinarians, we are able to perform surgeries, nutritional care, detailed exams and much more to give these animals the best chance of survival.

RELEASE
On average, Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue releases 70% of the patients who come to us for help. The majority return to where they were found. In certain cases, animals are released to special release sites provided by generous members of our community who love animals and want to share their property with them.

Central Asia Institute

Consider for a moment the life of a child born in one of the remote communities of Central Asia where CAI works. Especially if the child is female, her outlook is not good. As a small child in her preschool years, she most likely will not receive the stimulation necessary to help her brain develop, undermining her chances later in life of succeeding academically and socially. As a girl, it’s more likely than not that she’ll never go to school. If she does, chances are she’ll be forced to drop out before completing middle school.

As a woman, she’ll likely be illiterate, unable to contribute to her family’s income, and denied the right to make personal choices about who she marries or how many children she has. This is the reality for millions of girls and women –as well as boys and men – living in the impoverished, marginalized areas where CAI works.

CAI envisions a very different future for that child. For every child. A future full of hope, where every child – female or male – has the opportunity to develop his or her full human potential, thereby putting their families, communities, and nations on course for a brighter, more prosperous, more peaceful future.
