Give Thanks & Give Back: Charity Round-up

We are incredibly excited for Thanksgiving tomorrow! Not only do we love the reminder to be thankful and mindful, it also feels like the official start of the holiday season. There are many incredible ways to give back during this time of year and today we want to highlight some of our favorite charities on The Good Beginning. Whether you’re newly engaged or just about to get married, we hope you’ll consider your wedding as an opportunity to give thanks and give back!

Furthermore, we are excited to share that The Good Beginning is officially part of Giving Tuesday. #GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving. Since its inaugural year in 2012, #GivingTuesday has become a movement that celebrates and supports giving and philanthropy with events throughout the year and a growing catalog of resources. We are thrilled to part of this amazing movement and hope you’ll consider joining us in giving back!
